Take care when handling your polished crystal quartz lids they are precious and fragile and don’t like to be dropped. We include a high quality microfibre care cloth with our box collections for you to wipe finger prints off both your base and your crystal, it’s also great for cleaning your jewellery too!
Each crystal piece is as unique as its owner. Being a natural quarried stone there will be differing vein patterns and mineral deposits making each piece matchless in beauty.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THE METAL BASE?
Our machined metal bases are blasted to give a beautiful sheen before they are anodised in permanent and durable colour and beautiful colour. Metal will scratch though, so be sure to lift rather than slide your pieces when using them. Slight variations in anodising colours ensures a truly individual and unique piece.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY DELIVERY?
We dispatch your purchase from Australia within two working days of you ordering.
Most deliveries worldwide will arrive within 3-15 working days, however remote international addresses may take a little longer depending on customs regulations within your country.
All deliveries of the Jewellery and Trinket Boxes must be signed for.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Upon placement of your order, you will receive email confirmation. Upon dispatch you will receive another email to inform you that your delivery is on your way!

For your convenience, we have a currency converter. This is an indication only as Exclaimed Kate process all orders in AUD. Therefore your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement.
WHERE DO I PUT MY PROMO CODE?
Once at the checkout, a promo code field will be there for you to input your special code. The relevant discount will then be applied to your cart.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR EDIT MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of making your purchase. Make sure you contact us within 2 hours as requested changes will not be able to be actioned once orders are shipped.
Please make sure your details are all correct as Exclaimed Kate is not responsible for misspelt emails or delivery addresses and redelivery fee’s will apply. Refer to your order confirmation email for the address details attached to your order.
WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED OR LOST?
Please immediately email us at email@example.com along with photo’s and your order number. We will do our best to respond in a timely manner to sort the issue out. Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.
DO YOU LOVE PEOPLE AND OUR PLANET?
Absolutely! We are keen to be safe and ethical in all we do. Our raw materials and elements are either recycled or repurposed from the manufacture’s waste and offcuts. We also source and supply through companies who understand the importance of limiting plastics. Because we are shipping semi-precious stone though, we do use bubble wrap to get your order safely to you. Our hope to eradicate this but, in the meantime please recycle with your other soft plastics.
